The Inn at Saint Mary's Hotel and Suites has three meeting rooms available to meet your business or organization's needs. For larger meetings, the Lemans Room accommodates from 20 in a U-shaped configuration to 50 in theater style. Our smaller conference rooms will accommodate from 6 to 12 people. We can assist you with any of your meeting needs and accessories like TV/VCR, overhead, screen, flipcharts, and whiteboard. We can also arrange for food and beverage service. Whether you are planning a family reunion, a shower or banquet, a business meeting or a business class, you'll want to view all our meeting facilities!

Here at the Inn at Saint Mary's Hotel and Suites we have private quiet meeting rooms. We can facilitate from as little as 6 people up to 50. The Lemans Room is the largest of our meeting spaces and will accommodate up to 50 people. The Conference Suites will accommodate up to 12 people and also works as a sleeping room with a pull down murphy bed. We can arrange your meetings in various seating styles ranging from Conference Style, Classroom Style, U-Shape, and Theatre Style. The Conference Suites can be arranged in Boardroom Style, U-shape, and Classroom Style. Come and see us for your next meeting!

The Inn at Saint Mary's Hotel and Suites features a fully functional business center equipped with two computers, a printer, fax machine, and a photocopier. For the business person on the go, or the college student on vacation competing with a deadline, our business center can be your office away from home. The business center is available for guests 24 hours a day and can be accessed with your room key.
