If you find a lower rate that is bookable on another publicly available online travel website or other source for the same date(s), room type, and for the same number of guests within 24 hours of booking a room with us, then we will match that rate and refund you the difference.

If this occurs, simply email us within 24 hours of booking and provide us with your reservation reference
number and the URL of the website where you found the lower rate.
